Adele Roberts: ‘My stoma has helped me see my body as beautiful’

Radio 1 DJ Adele Roberts has recently finished chemotherapy for bowel cancer and is now living with a stoma.

Speaking to 5 Live’s Naga Munchetty, Adele said her relationship with her body has got “better” since having her stoma fitted.

“In a weird way, the stoma has helped me see my body as beautiful, and see it as something that actually allows me to live life to the full,” she said.
