KRDO

PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- Tuesday, the City of Pueblo Parks and Recreation is providing a tree and debris drop-off location following the recent snowstorm.

According to the department, residents can drop off any tree branches and debris left from the snowstorm starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at Lake Minnequa Park and Open Space.

“We want to offer this opportunity to the community to assist with the cleanup of branches and other debris due to snowfall which caused considerable tree damage throughout the city,” said Director of Pueblo Parks and Recreation Steven Meier.

The drop-off debris site is located at the intersection of Palmer Ave. and Reno Ave., just east of the Lake Minnequa basketball courts.

Those interested in dropping-off debris are encouraged to enter the site from Palmer Ave. and exit on Berkley Ave.
