After a hearing on Monday involving her federal perjury case, the jury trial for City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby is still expected to start on Sept. 19.
Prosecutors must file motions in the case by July 15 and Mosby’s defense team has until July 29 to respond.
Her final pre-trial conference is set for Sept. 15.
Mosby is charged with perjury and lying on a mortgage application.
