Chris Hemsworth made good on his promise of unveiling the first full-length trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder and just like he said, it's definitely mind-blowing. The official trailer comes just over a month following the release of the breathtaking teaser and there's more to unpack this time around.
The 2-minute trailer gives fans an idea of what the God of Thunder has been up to since leaving Earth and the Avengers. We also see more of Jane Foster in the trailer and contrary to the theories claiming the two Thors will go head-to-head, it looks like Foster and Odinson are on their way to rekindling their romance.
On top of that, Marvel finally gives us our first official look at Christian Bale's menacing villain Gorr the God Butcher and it sure looks like he means business by wanting to eradicate all Gods in existence which is pretty much his MO.
Finally, the trailer also reveals Thor's new alias — the Space Viking which is very fitting since Odinson will be taking the action throughout the cosmos this time around. Check out the official trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder below:

With all the multiversal stuff that has been going on in the MCU since Spider-Man: No Way Home, Marvel Studios just reminded fans that the cosmic side of things is heating up and is just as compelling as their other MCU arcs.
Thor: Love and Thunder is currently slated for release on July 8, 2022.
