ANDREW COUNTY —A St. Joseph man was injured in an accident just before 8a.m. Monday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Honda Civic driven by Jeremy S. Wilmes, 50, St. Joseph, was southbound on Business 71 one mile north of Interstate 29 five miles south of Savannah.
The Honda rear-ended a 2019 Ford E350 driven by Mark W. Vincent, 60, Savannah, that had slowed to make a turn.
Andrew County EMS transported Wilmes to Mosaic Life Care. Vincent was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
