Phillip Ray Caudill, age 56 of Wayland, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at McDowell ARH Regional Medical Center, McDowell, Kentucky. He was born May 14, 1966 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Angus & Mary Jacqueline Parker Caudill. He was the husband of Pam Duff Caudill. He was a disabled truck driver and member of Garrett Fire Department.

Visitation will begin Friday, May 27, 2022 at 6pm at the church and will continue all day Saturday, May 28, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, May 29, 2022 at 1pm at Martin Branch Freewill Baptist Church, Estill, Kentucky with Carl Watkins & Larry Patton officiating

Burial will follow at Howard Cemetery, Rock Fork, Garrett, Kentucky
