ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man after a weekend incident in Atchison.
On Saturday, police arrested 24-year-old Jonathan T. Shisler of Atchison in the 600 Block of of Parallel on a requested charge of domestic battery, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson. He is no longer in custody.
In 2015, police arrested Shisler on three separate occasions for alleged violation of a protection order, criminal restraint and domestic battery, according to online jail records. He was also in custody for alleged burglary in 2007.
