Theft: Wilson Mills Road

A woman reported May 17 that a window on her vehicle was broken out and her purse was stolen at the Metroparks reservation. The matter was turned over to Cleveland Metroparks police to investigate.

General assistance: Riverview Road

On May 16, officers assisted a resident who had fallen in his driveway while taking out the trash.

General assistance: Hawthorn Farm

A resident reported to Lifeline May 17 that someone was tampering with his phone line. Officers contacted the resident’s son, who said he was aware of the situation and would resolve it.

General assistance: Riverview Road

A resident said May 19 that an unknown package had been delivered to her front door.

Officers confirmed that it had been delivered to the wrong home and took it to its intended address on River Oaks Trail.

General assistance: SOM Center Road

Willoughby police requested May 21 that officers notify a resident that her purse had been located in that city.
