KINGS COUNTY, Calif. (FOX26) — The Kings County Sheriff’s Office is turning to the community for help in identifying a suspected copper wire thief.

According to deputies, someone took a snapshot of the copper wire suspect who was seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, black gloves, and a black hat.
“Copper wire theft is a major issue in Kings County and is extremely destructive to the victims,” said the Kings County Sheriff’s Office. “Not only is it costly to repair but can prevent a field from being irrigated thus damaging valuable crops.”
