HANNIBAL, Mo. (KHQA-TV) - A northeast Missouri woman is facing charges after authorities say she sold items via Facebook, received payment and never sent the items.
Amanda L. Stuart, 40, of Hannibal, is accused of deceptive business practices and stealing.

The arrest came after an investigation that started over a complaint from a Louisiana, Mo., resident.
The complainant said Stuart was selling items on Facebook and never sending the product after the payment was made.
Detectives found more than 30 victims across the county.
Stuart was arrested on Thursday and remains in the Marion County Jail on a $25,000 cash or surety bond.
