This Friday, May 27th, on the grounds of the Pelham Civic Complex in Pelham, Ala., the Alabama Trucking Association’s Safety Council will hold its annual knowledge and skills competition for the state’s top commercial truck drivers, the Alabama Truck Driving Championships.

More than 80 of Alabama’s safest and most accomplished truck drivers will vie for bragging rights and the opportunity to compete at the American Trucking Associations’ National Truck Driving Championships on August 16–20 in Indianapolis, Ind.
This family-friendly event celebrates the professionalism, knowledge and skill of our industry’s most valuable players: commercial truck drivers. Come see these men and women show us why they are considered among the “Best of the Best” in Alabama’s trucking industry.
Please note: The most visually striking portion of the event, the Driver Skills Course, starts at 9 a.m., and will run through the mid-afternoon!
