The soundtrack to the upcoming “Elvis” movie has been revealed and it features not one, but two huge Michigan music artists on it. Both Eminem and Jack White are among the star-studded lineup of musicians on the soundtrack.
Eminem is credited with collaborating with Ceelo Green while Jack White is credited with performing a song of his own. Just what the artists are singing is still a mystery.
The soundtrack also features Austin Butler, who plays Elvis, Ann Nesby, Alton Mason, Chris Isaak, Denzel Curry, Doja Cat, Gary Clark Jr., Lenesha Randolph, Jazmine Sullivan, Kacey Musgraves, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Les Greene, Maneskin, Nardo Wick, Paravi, Pnau, Rufus Thomas, Shonka Dukureh, Stevie Nicks, Swae Lee & Diplo, Tame Impala, Yola, and of course, Elvis Aaron Presley.
The movie is set to hit theaters on Friday, June 24. Along with Butler starring as Elvis, the movie also stars Tom Hanks as Colonel Tom Parker and Olivia DeJonge as Priscilla Presley.
Presley died on August 16, 1977. He is buried at Graceland in Memphis where he lived from 1957 until his death. The estate opened as a museum in 1982.
