MSHP Arrest Reports for May 23, 2022

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 27-year-old Bryan S. Harvey of La Monte at 9:06 p.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and felony resisting arrest. Harvey was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 33-year-old Amber M. Murphy of Knob Noster at 10:42 p.m. Friday in Johnson County. She was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked. Murphy was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 46-year-old Curtis W. Petree of Tipton at 6:35 p.m. Saturday in Moniteau County. He was charged with driving while suspended, no seat belt and no insurance. He was also wanted on a misdemeanor Jefferson County FTA warrant for a moving traffic violation. Petree was taken to the Moniteau County Jail.
