Geauga Park District announced that space is limited for the remaining available weeks of Adventure Day Camps this summer, and that those interested in participating should sign up as soon as possible.

The available camps are:

Nature Adventure Day Camp — Youth entering grades 5-7: June 13-17, July 18-22 or Aug. 1-5

Nature Adventure Day Camp — Teens entering grades 8-10: June 20-24 or July 11-15

X-Treme High Ropes Adventure Challenge: July 20.

In the Nature Adventure Day Camp, participants will bike, kayak, try archery, explore nature and more. Campers begin and end Monday/Tuesday at Claridon Woodlands, Wednesday/Thursday at Headwaters Park, and Friday at Observatory Park. Cost is $150 for Geauga residents and $175 for out-of-county residents.

Participants in the X-Treme High Ropes Adventure Challenge will meet camp staff at Claridon Woodlands to explore the high ropes course, towering 32 feet high and featuring 10 challenge elements and a 100-foot-long zipline finish. Cost is $30 for Geauga residents and $35 for out-of-county residents
