ABD not recognized by the computer

Hello folks,

I have been facing issues with my Redmi Note 10 5G... for some days, it went into the recovery page, and yesterday it just simply stoped working - I reset it, but it keeps in the initial MIUI screen.

I have dowloaded the room from the xiaomifirmwareupdater, and the XiaomiADBFastbootTools.jar, but it keeps showing "No device found!".

I've already tried (in the following order):

- install Universal ABD Driver

- install Google USB Driver

... then I checked that the ADB Interface did not appear in the Device Manager (with cellphone connected to computer in the Fastboot screen). Instead, it appears as "Other Devices / Android", with a yellow exclamation mark on it.

To try to solve it, I've tried to:

- Install DejaConnect Android ADB driver

- Desable driver signature enforcement

But none of these actions worked.

Most of the instructions I read online tells me to enable the USB Debugging on my Android device, but i'm unable to do so (since it does not launch completely)

Any idea about how to make the ADB appear in the device manager, so I can reinstall the ROM?

Tks in advance!

Welcome to AC!
Try different cables (known quality is a must) different usb ports, try also rebooting the computer or possibly another computer

TKS for your advice, Mustang

I will try in another computer to see if it works, because different USB ports and cables didn't work (I have used two original Xiaomi USB cables and another cable that I have with me)

GOT IT.

1) fast boot (volume down + turn on button)
2) recovery mode (volume up + turn on button)
3) wiped all data
4) restarted

And first thing I did was to enable USB debugging

No..

The phone was stuck on the MIUI initial screen, so I was unable to activate the USB debugging.

These 4 steps were performed without having the USB debugging enabled.

After resetting the phone, the first thing I did was to enable USB debugging, so if this problem happens again, I may have different options.

Something interesting was that yesterday my aunt's phone (very same model) presented the same problem! This raised a red flag for this device.

The two cases happened the same way: let the phone runs out of battery. A thing that could occur with anyone

I see , best thing don't let the device run out of battery , in that state it will do strange things like this and not good for battery health.
