YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN)- A car hit a telephone pole and flipped over on the city’s East Side Monday morning.
Police said that the driver took off before they arrived sometime shortly before 2 a.m.
The accident was at Albert and Arch Streets.
Officers said that the pole was sheared but power stayed on in the area.
