Premier Bank promotes Josh Tejkl to assistant vice president

DEFIANCE, Ohio — Premier Bank has promoted Josh Tejkl to assistant vice president, commercial lender.

“Josh’s commercial lending experience and credit knowledge have been extremely beneficial to both our clients and the Bank. He has a proven ability to provide customized financing solutions to help clients expand their businesses and enhance cash flow to maximize business efficiencies,” Northern Market President Jim Williams said in a news release.

Tejkl joined Premier Bank in August 2017, holding various positions such as commercial credit analyst and commercial portfolio manager. In his current role as commercial lender, he works to generate business lending opportunities within the Michigan market as well as developing banking relationships with local businesses.

“I enjoy working with owner-operators and discussing their capital structures, growth opportunities, succession planning and overall strategy,” Tejkl said in the release.

Tejkl serves as a board member for Adrian Community Preschool, Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Michigan and the Adrian Symphony Orchestra. He resides in Adrian.
