The material follows the K-pop idol as she goes on an outing to date herself. She begins her “self-date” in a restaurant, where she orders a much spicier malatang than her usual choice.
Dayeon then goes on a “relaxing walk” before hitting a photobooth. She also gets coffee and dessert at the near end of the day.
Speaking to the camera, specifically her viewers, the idol revealed that she “normally” spends time for herself on her own. She also encouraged others to do the same and urged them not to care about the opinion of others.

Dayeon’s vlog appears to be one of her latest activities. She even reportedly stated that she would share more of her “self-date” days with her fans and followers.
The material came about three months after she contracted COVID-19. She and some of the Kep1er members tested positive but have since recovered.
