The Boston Celtics entered Saturday's Game 3 versus the Miami Heat in their Eastern Conference Finals series with all of the momentum. They had just embarrassed the Heat on their home floor in Game 2 and were headed back home. Well, Miami flipped the script and dominated the first half. The Heat held on for a 109-103 win to retake home court advantage. In the loss, the Celtics were banged up. Superstar Jayson Tatum left the game briefly with a shoulder injury and point guard Marcus Smart also sustained a sprained ankle. Boston was already without center Robert Williams for Game 3 as he was dealing with knee soreness. Boston has since updated Tatum, Smart and Williams' status' for Game 4 on Monday versus the Heat.

Tatum is listed as probable with a right cervical nerve impingement. Meanwhile, both Smart and Williams are listed as questionable. Smart's ankle swelled up considerably and could be headed in the wrong direction. Williams however is doing better and could be ready for Game 4.

Miami is not without injury themselves. The Heat's best player, Jimmy Butler, left Game 3 with a knee injury and did not return. P.J Tucker, Max Strus, Kyle Lowry, and Tyler Herro are all listed as questionable as well. In a series that has already been very physical and chippy, both teams are feeling the effects of it.

With so many question marks on both teams heading into Game 4, it's hard to know what will happen. Nevertheless, I am going to reveal my Boston Celtics three bold predictions versus the Miami Heat in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Boston Celtics 3 Bold Predictions for Game 4 vs. Miami Heat

1. Robert Williams Returns And Has Huge Impact

The absence of Celtics center Robert Williams was clearly felt in the Game 3 loss Saturday. Bam Adebayo and P.J. Tucker both dominated the front court in Game 3. Adebayo particularly had one of the best games of his career, dropping 31 points and 10 rebounds.

During Boston's Game 2 demolition of the Heat, Celtics coach Ime Udoka went small with Grant Williams playing the majority of minutes. The Heat made the adjustment in Game 3 based on that and took control of the paint. I expect Udoka to make the next adjustment in this series and give Robert Williams more playing time.

I acknowledge that he is not even assured to suit up Monday. But he appears to be trending in the right direction. When he has been on the court for the Celtics, his defense and rim protection typically change the game. He also provides the Celtics with a paint presence offensively, something that was lacking in Game 3.

The bigger Celtics team should not be losing the battle in the paint in this series. Robert Williams can change that on both ends of the floor.

2. Jayson Tatum Bounces Back With Strong Game

Jayson Tatum had one of his worst games of these playoffs in Game 3. He finished with just 10 points on 3-for-14 shooting. It obviously did not help that when he was hurt, he could not feel his arm for a brief amount of time. But the Heat also did a very good job on him, challenging most of his shots. They closed off the lane and forced him into a jump shooter and the Celtics star never found a rhythm.

But every time it seems Tatum has struggled in the playoffs, he has bounced back with a strong effort. I wouldn't be surprised to see coach Udoka find ways to get him some space and he comes out aggressive. One of the best ways to find a rhythm shooting is get to the free throw line. Look for Boston's best player to try and finish at the rim early. That should open up his game from the outside.

3. Celtics Even The Series 2-2 Heading To Miami

All year long, the Celtics have been put in tough positions. Whenever their backs have been against the wall, they have shown their best. Early this season, people were calling for Udoka to be fired. They were calling for Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown to be split up. Boston responded by turning into the best team in the NBA during the second half of the season.

Despite being the No. 2 seed against the No. 7 seed Brooklyn Nets, a lot of people didn't think they would be able to overcome Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving. They destroyed Brooklyn in a four-game sweep.

After losing Game 5 against the Milwaukee Bucks in the second round, odds were heavily stacked against Boston heading on the road for Game 6. Not only did they win that game, but they came home for Game 7 and dominated the defending champions. This team has shown that whenever they are put in a tight spot, they respond.

They are facing a must-win in Game 4 Monday. I absolutely expect them to play inspired basketball and tie up this series heading back to Miami.
