Lincoln County Sheriff's Office arrested the suspect accused of killing one man and injuring a woman in the Alexander Creek Campground north of Libby around 2:47 p.m. on Saturday.
Lincoln County officials arrested the suspect, Garry Douglas Seaman on Sunday around 10 a.m. near his home in Flathead County.
Lincoln County deputies and Libby Volunteer Ambulance responded to scene. Officials found a deceased man and a woman injured with multiple gunshot wounds.
Libby Volunteer Ambulance treated the woman, and then she later was transported by a Life Flight helicopter to the hospital.

On 05/21/2022 at approximately 2:47 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch received a report of a shooting in the Alexander Creek Campground north of Libby, Montana.
Deputies from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and Libby Volunteer Ambulance responded to the scene. On arrival, deputies found a deceased male and a female with multiple gunshot wounds.
Medical aid was given to the female who was then transported to rendezvous with a Life Flight helicopter for transport to the hospital.
LCSO detectives arrived to process the scene while a multi-agency manhunt was launched for the shooting suspect.
Based on statements from the victim and witnesses, an arrest warrant was issued for the suspect, Garry Douglas Seaman. On 05/22/2022 at approximately 10:00 AM, Seaman was arrested near his residence in Flathead County.
