If You Or Your S.O. Cheated With Someone From Work, Tell Us Your Story

This is a judgement-free zone.

It's a sad truth that some people cheat in their relationships. And it's not uncommon for affairs to begin at work — especially if that's the place where you spend most of your waking hours.

So if you've ever been involved in a workplace affair, we want to hear from you about how it went, if you have any regrets, and if you would do it all over again.

Maybe your ex suddenly started working late all the time when they used to be out the door every day at five on the dot. And you also noticed them texting a certain coworker over the weekends about random, totally un-work-related things. You finally confronted them after they said they were going out of town for a conference — but you looked it up and the conference didn't exist. So you went to the hotel where they were staying and caught them in the act.

Or perhaps you started a new job and struck up a friendship with someone on your team. It started with them giving you helpful hints and showing you the ropes at work, but over time you started to share a lot of inside jokes and got really close to them. You ended up confiding in them a lot, but you hid it from your S.O. because deep down you knew you were getting a little too close. Then one night after a work party that got a little out of hand, you two started hooked up. You knew it was a mistake, but you just couldn't stop yourself.

Or maybe you didn't even realize you were your coworker's affair partner. You knew they had been married, but they said they were separated and that the divorce would be final soon. However, when they only wanted to hang out at your place and never invited you to theirs, you started to get suspicious. You did some sleuthing on social media and found their spouse's account, which had photos of them hanging out and going on dates super recently. Once you found out, you ended things, but work has been so awkward ever since.
