Nebraska State Patrol reports 2 weekend chases of 100+ mph

(Omaha, NE) — Two 100+ mile an hour weekend police chases are reported by the Nebraska State Patrol.

One driver in a bright red Challenger was reportedly spotted going at a high rate of speed by the NSP Air Wing Saturday night, then NSP says the car was clocked by State Patrol radar on the ground going 120 miles an hour. The driver was arrested.

Another driver, a motorcyclist is accused of leading police on a chase across Sarpy and Douglas Counties Saturday night, reportedly going over 100 mph.

In a Tweet, after arresting the cyclist the NSP says the motorcycle had a fake license plate on the back: Will Run.
