PARKESBURG, PA — The Parkesburg Borough Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating 35-year-old Andrea R. Fidanza.
Authorities state that on May 18, 2022, Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-3-07 issued an arrest warrant for Fidanza after police were called to investigate an incident involving the defendant removing and transporting a juvenile without consent, or the authority to do so.
Fidanza is charged with the following offense:
- Interference with Custody of Children
