CASS COUNTY—A Missouri man died in an accident just after 8:30p.m. Saturday in Cass County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2001 Yamaha ATV driven by Justin B. Savage, 39, Greenwood, was northbound on a private road at 1204 163rd in Pleasant Hill.
The ATV began to skid, struck the curb, overturned and ejected the driver. EMS transported Savage to Lee's Summit Medical Center where he was pronounce dead. He was wearing a helmet, according the MSHP.
