Welfare check, Caves Road:
After talking to her sister on the phone May 7 and hearing that her sister was not making any sense, she asked police to conduct a welfare check Officers checked on her and found her to be alert and oriented. She explained that she was having electrical and phone issues. An officer reset a circuit breaker in her home that solved the issue.
Utilities, Chillicothe Road:
First Energy contacted police May 12 to inform them that tree trimming under power lines will start about May 23 and continue for about a month. Police were given a contact number to call with any problems.
Juvenile complaint, Chillicothe Road:
A concerned caller reported a group of youths running around and acting strange 8:06 p.m. May 13 in the Circle K parking lot She speculated that they may e intoxicated. Responding officer spoke with them and determined they were fine and had not been drinking alcohol.
Mutual aid, Dorset Drive:
Police were called to assist South Russell officers with an underage party with alcohol consumption 11:21 p.m. May 14. Assistance was given.
Disturbance, Sweetbriar Lane:
A resident reported 10:41 a.m. May 13 that two unwanted guests were at the home about an hour before. The resident asked police to document the complaint. Further information was not available in the initial report.
Animal complaint, Chillicothe Road:
A man told police May 5 that an unknown woman consistently walks her dog behind his property along the power lines. On the day of the report, she yelled at him. Police advised the man to call if there were any further problems.
