Winston-Salem man arrested for 2021 homicide

The Winston-Salem Police Department has arrested a man in relation to a homicide investigation. According to a news release, David Maurice Fields, 34, was arrested for the homicide of 48-year-old Paula Marie Kindley. Kindley's body was found in October 2021 in a wooded area near Chevy Chase Street and Jones Meadow Drive. Police said that Fields turned himself in after warrants for his arrest were issued by WSPD. His court date and bond are pending.

The Winston-Salem Police Department has arrested a man in relation to a homicide investigation.
