Today at the Farmingdale Athletic Complex, 350 athletes from Long Island and New York City will compete in Special Olympics Super Regional action. Details are as follows:
- Where: Farmingdale Athletic Complex, 70 Van Cott Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735
- When: Saturday, May 21, with Opening Ceremonies beginning at 9:30am and competition beginning at 10:15am
- Who: Approximately 350 athletes competing in Track & Field, Swimming, Powerlifting and Tennis
A Law Enforcement Torch Run will commence the games as part of Opening Ceremonies. In addition, Healthy Athletes will offer both dental and health promotion screening. Members of the media are cordially invited to attend
