Members of the public gather this afternoon to decorate the walls of the underpass. Anyone in the community is welcome to create artwork in the underpass. To participate, scan the QR code posted in the tunnel and complete the form. Or, email CSD@lacnm.us. There are 79 spaces available to draw on and there is no cost to participate. Every year on April 15 the walls will be repainted white so new art can be produced. Photo by Kirsten Laskey/ladailypost.com
