A church in Coshocton was destroyed after a fire broke out Friday morning.
Video shows flames rising from the roof of Coshocton's Grace United Methodist Church.
"Our beautiful church building burned today. But Grace was not and will not be defined by walls. Grace is the people let by God," a post on the church's Facebook page said.
Firefighters from three counties battled the fire, pouring water on it for hours.
There was no one in the church at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported, according to the Three Rivers District of The United Methodist Church.
The oldest part of the church was built in 1880 and some of its worshippers have attended the church for 50 years.
The Three Rivers District of The United Methodist Church said Sunday services for Grace United Methodist Church will be held at 10 a.m. at Canal Lewisville United Methodist Church.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
