Authorities: Osceola County shooting kills 1 person, 3 injured
Four people were shot and one of them died in a drive-by shooting in Kissimmee on Friday, Osceola County Sheriff's Office said.
Sheriff Marcos Lopez said 27-year-old Jaqwan Dockery died and three other victims were taken to the hospital.
The shooting happened at Old Dixie Highway and Tremont Street just after 3:15 p.m. outside Key West Market. Lopez believes it was an isolated incident.
"We don't have a motive," Lopez said. "They're trying to put it together with some video cam and some video footage that we have."
Deputies are trying to get the description of the vehicle that drove by the market.
"They were hanging outside," Lopez said. "It's still unknown why this happened."
Lopez said his department has had some past runs to the area because of calls about drug activity.
"From my understanding [Dockery] was not involved in that type of activity just from what people have told me," Lopez said.
Deputies are looking through security cameras and other videos they've collected from people in the neighborhood hoping to piece together what led up to the shooting.
