FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A celebration of life ceremony will take place Sunday for a former Florence County captain.
Former Captain Wayne Howard died earlier this month. He was employed at the Florence County Sheriff’s Office for four decades and was involved with Camp Pee Dee Pride.
The celebration of life will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday at Glenview Farms in Timmonsville.
