Philadelphia 76ers general manager Daryl Morey has a little of maneuvering to do this offseason, but only a few potential tradable players. One of those players in 25-year-old wing man Matisse Thybulle, who the Chicago Bulls are reportedly interested.

“Bulls GM Marc Eversley has had a fondness for Thybulle going back to early in his collegiate career at Washington, and was instrumental in pushing the Sixers to acquire him in the 2019 draft," Sean Deveny of Heavy.com wrote.

Thybulle who is set to make $4.38 million in 2022-23 before becoming a restricted free-agent in 2023-24, is a defensive specialist. Thybulle averages 1.6 steals and 1.0 block in just 21.8 minutes per game over his first three seasons, but he has yet to improve at all offensively, scoring under five points per game while averaging just 4.1 field goal attempts.

The 2019 20th overall pick out of Washington could be a trade chip for Morey and the Sixers this offseason if they're looking to revamp their bench, which seems to be a necessity.

Thybulle will not command much from the Bulls, but unloading some salary and recouping some draft capital may be all it takes for the Sixers to move him.
