Police: 1 arrested nearly one month after shooting death of 19-year-old

The shooting happened on April 20 around 5:44 p.m. in the 2500 block of Halstead Street just before 6 p.m.
According to Cincinnati police, a person died at the scene and the other was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment after they were shot in the leg.
Authorities identified the victim as 19-year-old Wilmer Diaz.
On May 19, the Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit, with help from the Fugitive Apprehension Squad, arrested Wesley Noble, 29, on an open murder warrant for Diaz's death.
