“On 05-06-2022 at approximately 7:23 AM Deputies from the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to investigate a domestic violence dispute in the 1400 block of South State Street in Ukiah, California.
Deputies contacted a 56 year-old male and his fiance, Chandra Silva, upon arrival.
Deputies learned that on 05-06-2022 at approximately 7:23 AM the adult male was physically assaulted by Silva during an argument.
During the altercation Silva ripped the adult male’s shirt off of him and hit him several times, causing injuries. The adult male had visible injuries on his face, neck and chest which were consistent with the assault.
At the conclusion of the investigation, Deputies placed Silva under arrest for 273.5 (Felony Domestic Violence Battery).
Silva was subsequently booked into the Mendocino County Jail where she was to be held in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.”
