The 2022 Glenn County Fair kicked off Thursday afternoon!
This year's theme is "Barn in the USA." It is four days of food, amusements, and fun!
KRCR spoke with a vendor who drove to Orland from Long Beach. She said she has been working fairs for eight years, traveling to places all over California, and she is so glad they're back again.
"We had such a long stretch where there was no one and nothing we can do. I’m so glad this has let up so that we can work because we bring fun and excitement to everybody. The food, they love it, and it’s being with the people; I missed the people," said Dora Cortes-Ochoa.
Another vendor told KRCR that last year's sales were some of the best they've ever seen, and they are hoping for that same turnout this year.
More information about the fair can be found here.
