Former Home and Away star Samara Weaving has opened up on her time on the show, revealing the pressure of filming.
The Australian actress, most recently seen in horror Ready or Not and series Nine Perfect Strangers, starred on the soap between 2009 and 2013 in the role of Indi Walker.
In an interview with The Courier Mail, Weaving compared Home and Away to a "machine".
"We would do up to 10 scenes a day if we were in the studio," she said.
"Working on my first American job, and doing four scenes a day, was wild. I was like, 'Oh, we can take our time, I guess' – it was a lovely surprise."
Weaving also alleged that she and the rest of the cast had to learn lines and camera marks quickly or else they would be replaced.
"And, technically, you have to learn fast, otherwise they will just get rid of you," she said.

Weaving previously looked back on her Home and Away experience in a chat with Digital Spy last summer, saying that she had a hard time after leaving the soap.
"[After] Home and Away, I really had to work very hard on my acting and my manager was like, 'I think you should see a drama coach.' And I didn't work for nearly two years. It was a real reality check in terms of the life of an actor," she recalled.
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7plus.
