Oregon has landed a second punter via the transfer portal in as many days.

Adam Barry, the starting punter at Temple each of the past three seasons, committed to the Ducks on Thursday.

Barry averaged 41.95 yards on 63 punts last season with 26 fair catches, 13 of 50-plus yards and 13 landing inside the 20. The 6-foot-6, 225-pound fifth-year senior has one year of eligibility remaining.

He joins junior college transfer Ross James, who committed to the Ducks on Wednesday, in a punting competition that appears increasingly likely to not include Tom Snee, who was to enter his fifth-year junior season, but has been away from the UO program.
