A home on the Redington Beach waterfront has sold for $7.65 million.

The waterfront home sits on approximately 0.23 acres at 16124 Gulf Blvd. The home is 7,787 square feet and has an eight-car garage. With six bedrooms and eight and a half baths, the property has 52 feet of beach frontage, a 35-foot by 36-foot infinity pool, and a floating spa.

The sale price breaks down to approximately $982 per square foot. The property was sold by Tampa-based Stallion Properties LLC to Richard Leonard and Monica Leonard, according to a Pinellas County deed.

Jennifer Zales with Coldwell Banker Realty represented the seller, and Dania Perry with Century 21 Jim White & Associates represented the buyer, according to Zillow.

The home has a contemporary design and is built by Tulia Home Designs. The interior comes with an elevator, movie theater with a wet bar, library, gym, entertaining bar, wine cellar and rooftop terrace with a fire feature. The outdoor oasis has a sun deck, covered entertaining area and an outdoor kitchen. A custom Quartz chef’s kitchen with a waterfall island, Wolf gas appliances, custom pantry and a floating staircase are also included.
