The sale price breaks down to approximately $982 per square foot. The property was sold by Tampa-based Stallion Properties LLC to Richard Leonard and Monica Leonard, according to a Pinellas County deed.
Jennifer Zales with Coldwell Banker Realty represented the seller, and Dania Perry with Century 21 Jim White & Associates represented the buyer, according to Zillow.
The home has a contemporary design and is built by Tulia Home Designs. The interior comes with an elevator, movie theater with a wet bar, library, gym, entertaining bar, wine cellar and rooftop terrace with a fire feature.
