CCSO: Former corrections officer in Cannon County fired after accused of animal cruelty

A corrections officer who began working for Cannon County in April of 2022 has been fired after he was arrested and charged with cruelty to animals according to the Cannon County Sheriff's Office.

CCSO says that the former corrections officer, Bryce Lamb, was placed on administrative leave on Tuesday after the office learned that Lamb was being investigated for cruelty to animals. Lamb was fired on Wednesday when he was arrested and charged.
