LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police are investigating a crash after one person was hit and the driver was taken into custody, accused of DUI.
The incident occurred on Eastern Avenue at Desert Inn on Wednesday just before 9:30 p.m.
Police say the pedestrian was struck in the roadway and was taken to a hospital.
The pedestrian’s injuries are not life-threatening.
The roadway at Desert Inn and Eastern has been shut down.
No word on the condition of the pedestrian at this time.
