PHOENIX – The Rod Stewart concert scheduled for next month at Phoenix’s Footprint Center is being pushed back more than a year because of unspecified “production delays.”

The veteran rocker’s June 24 Phoenix date with special guest Cheap Trick was changed to Aug. 4, 2023. All tickets purchased for the original date will be valid for the new show.

Ticket holders can expect to get an email with more information. Seats are still available.

The Phoenix date was one of six June shows in Stewart’s upcoming North American tour to be delayed. The refigured schedule now includes six new shows in August 2023 along with the rescheduled dates.

Two outdoor concerts in California, at the Hollywood Bowl on June 14 and the Santa Barbara Bowl on June 18, remained in place.

After those shows, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer will pick things up July 1 in Dallas for a string of shows in the U.S. and Canada through Aug. 26.

The voice behind classics such as “Maggie May” and “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy” is currently in the middle of a five-date residency at Caesars Palace and will return to the casino’s Colosseum for five more shows in September and October.

The Englishman is set to tour the UK in November and December, but his schedule was empty for the first seven months of 2023 as of Wednesday.

We want to hear from you.
