Wednesday night featured another brand new episode of Jeopardy!. Did our returning champion win again or was a new winner crowned?

Winning streaks have been in short supply over the past couple of weeks. After Mattea Roach won 20+ games, no competitor has been able to string together more than a handful of wins.

Who is the current Jeopardy! champion?

Ryan Long is the current Jeopardy! champion. The rideshare driver from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania has won three games so far, winning a total of $70,000.

In tonight’s episode, he squared off against Audrey Kamzan, a pediatric hospitalist from Los Angeles, California, and Adriana Ramírez, a writer from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Long’s experience paid off in the “Jeopardy!” round. He jumped out to a strong lead with $8,600. Kamzan sat in second with $3,200, followed by Ramirez with $2,800.

“Double Jeopardy!” saw Long run away with the game. He finished the round with $26,600. Kamzan remained in second with $7,200. Meanwhile, Ramirez did not qualify for the final round with -$200.

“Final Jeopardy!” was inconsequential. Long didn’t come up with a response, but it only cost him $10,000. He added another win to his resume, bringing his four-day total to $86,600.

What was tonight’s Final Jeopardy! clue?

Audrey Kamzan did manage to get tonight’s “Final Jeopardy!” clue correct, for what it’s worth. Here’s the clue in the category “Oscar-Winning Songs”:

Johnny Mercer’s lyrics to this 1961 Oscar-winning song once began, “I’m Holly”
