Family owned and operated since 1975, Bayseas Seafood is where catfish is king and is the winner of this weeks Blue Plate Award for an A plus kitchen inspection. They offer all kinds of fish, both grilled or fried on a plate. They start with fresh filet of fish, your choice of flounder cod, and tilapia, then toss it on the grill or breaded in the fryer. The catfish combo comes with two shrimp and oysters, plus a side of fries. Their gumbo is served with corn bread.
And for those who would rather keep it on land, try the pork chop plate or the wings, which they have in five varieties. Hot. lemon pepper, BBQ, teriyaki or sweet chili pepper. They also offer fried okra and sides of collards and onion rings.
