Some have called the USA Inn on Post Road home for months.
York County Community Action Corporation has been helping house the people through emergency rental relief.
The owner told CBS 13 the motel would go back to booking tourists this summer.
The owner has had plans to clear out the motel before summer, but those who are leaving said they had very little notice.
"We're homeless for a reason," Christopher Hill said. "We have absolutely nowhere to go."
The USA Inn refused to comment.
