LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Jefferson County EMT was indicted by a Shelby County Grand Jury for criminal abuse involving a 13-month old child.
Michael Davis, 32, was indicted Monday after Kentucky State Police investigated the complaint in Shelby County.
According to KSP, he was arrested Tuesday without incident.Â
Davis has been lodged in the Shelby County Detention Center.
