The Strat is getting a pair of new celebrity restaurants.
Comedian George Lopez will soon open an authentic Mexican restaurant later this year.
It will be called 'Chingon Kitchen,' which is slang for something cool awesome, or very good.
“George Lopez and the team at Chingon Kitchen can’t wait to bring our So Cal-style Mexican cuisine, cocktails, and beers to the Strip,” said Michael Zislis, co-founder of George Lopez’s Chingon Kitchen.
“We're going to bring the heat to The STRAT.”
Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley from KISS will also be opening their new "Rock and Brew" restaurant next year.
It will be on the main casino floor next to the LA Comedy Club showroom, not far from George Lopez's restaurant.
It will have plenty of classic burgers, beers, and wings.
