Warrant roundup in Gallia County leads to five arrests

GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio (WCHS) —
The Gallia County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday that five people with active charges were arrested during a warrant roundup operation.

In a joint effort with U.S. Marshals, deputies reported apprehending and charging the following individuals:
- Brian Angell, 42: Drug abuse and failure to appear in court
- Gerald Mollett, 32: Obstructing justice
- Michael Noe, 42: Drug abuse
- Alfred Cordell Jr., 50: Failure to appear in court
- Sandy Farmer, 39: Drug abuse and failure to appear in court

“Today’s operation is yet another example of how our relationships with our federal partners benefits both my office and the citizens we serve,” Sheriff Matt Champlin said. “Operations like today is a clear message to individuals who have committed a crime and know they have an active arrest warrant. Bring yourself to justice or we’ll come find you.”
