Leeds star Richie Myler brutally trolled by rival fans on return to action after split from TV presenter Helen Skelton
SALFORD RED DEVILS fans brutally trolled Leeds Rhinos star Richie Myler on his first Super League appearance for over three-months.
Myler, 31, had been out with an abductor injury and in the meantime split from TV presenter Helen Skelton after nine-years together.
And the Salford faithful made sure full-back Myler took plenty of stick throughout the match.
After an altercation with a Salford player before half-time, the home crowd showed their support for Skelton, 38.
There were chants of "there's only one Helen Skelton" aimed in Myler's direction.
He was also subjected to numerous other songs and shouts throughout the match.

To make matters even worse for Myler, Leeds were beaten 23-8 in his comeback match.
A scoreline the supporters were only too eager to remind Myler of as the game progressed.
It was Salford's first win in six matches, putting them above the Rhinos in the Super League table.
The Sun exclusively reported last month that Myler had already began a new relationship with a younger woman, just weeks after his marriage with Skelton ended.

She was then revealed to be 32-year-old marketing exec Stephanie Thirkill.
Stephanie is the daughter of businessman Andrew Thirkill, who is the President of Richie's club Leeds Rhinos - and worth a whopping £175million.
Richie was said to have "fled abroad for a holiday with his new girlfriend" after dumping his TV presenter wife.
Myler and Skelton share three children together - sons Ernie, six, and Louis, five as well as daughter Elsie, four months.
