Jake Paul posted a picture of Conor McGregor crying on social media after the UFC star had asked for an opponent.

The Irishman is hoping to be ready to make a comeback by the end of the year. He estimates he will resume fighting at 170 lbs after bulking up to a much stronger physique. Several opponents have called out McGregor, including Michael Chandler and Charles Oliveira, who are both currently battling it out at 155lbs.

A feisty Conor McGregor gave the UFC roster an ultimatum on Twitter, tweeting:

“If you want a knock off me step up and say your piece. I’m still picking who.”

In a sharp response, Paul posted a photo of McGregor with a filter showing him weeping.

Throughout his five-fight boxing career, Paul has been itching to meet McGregor. He has even offered UFC president Dana White the opportunity to set up such a meeting.

When Paul appeared at Katie Taylor’s victory over Amanda Serrano, McGregor taunted him by asking him if he was wearing Jimmy Saville glasses. In response, Paul proceeded to accuse McGregor of “duking” a fight.

After losing three of his last four fights, McGregor wants to make a strong UFC comeback. At 170 lbs, where he won his last fight, he intends to make a comeback against Kamaru Usman, the division champion. Many top fighters compete at the welterweight level, including Colby Covington, Khamzat Chimaev, and Gilbert Burns. Consequently, Thompson believes that McGregor may have difficulty if he switches to a heavier weight class.
