History Mystery Camp scheduled at TNT
Tales ‘N’ Trails Museum will host its History Mystery Camp for youngsters June 6-June 10 in Nocona.
This year’s theme is “Transportation,” with lots of fun events and speakers. In addition to leather crafting and art, campers will learn about different modes of transportation, past and present. A field trip is planned to the Nocona VFW where veterans will discuss military transports. There also will be a visit from an Oscar Aerial Spraying’s helicopter, Maddie Ferguson and her horse and Kelly’s Wildlife Care.
Activities will be offered for kids ages 5-8 during morning session from 9 to 11 a.m. Limit is 12 children. Activities for children ages 9-12 will be from 1-3:30 p.m.. Limit is 20 children.
Cost for the week-long camp is $50 per child, $40 for each additional child from the same family. TNT members get a 10% discount.
